Arnold Felsher Cake

  1 box yellow cake mix 
  4 eggs 
  1/2 cup oil 
  11 ounces mandarin oranges, undrained 
Filling 
  4 ounces instant vanilla pudding powder 
  12 ounces Cool Whip 
  16 ounces crushed pineapple, drained 
 
Heat oven to 350°. Grease and flour 3 8-inch cake pans. Set aside. In a bowl large enough to hold everything, combine cake mix, eggs, oil, stirring to mix well, then gently stir in mandarin oranges. Bake until golden, about 18 minutes. Test with toothpick in center; if anything sticks, bake for a few more minutes. Cool 10 min. Put down layers and top with filling. Frost sides of cake with any left over.
